Quite an Honor coming from Jim Ed. Your Rendition of “You and Your Sweet Love” became the “Favorite Song” for Mary & I. Best Rendition ever! This has QUICKLY became my favorite CD. It is the only one that actually never leaves my player. I try to listen to the whole thing every week. We were forced to put my mom in nursing care a year ago this month because of Alzheimer’s. I used to have to play this for her every week before that though. It seemed to strike a chord with her. I need to ask, the guitar on In the Sweet Bye and Bye sounds an awful lot like Brent Mason playing. Is that him or Kevin Williams from The Gaithers. Kevin has some licks that are similar and I know The Gaithers were involved in the album, so I was curious. I can usually pick out the guitar players pretty easy because I’m a player and I steal some of their licks if I like them…ANYHOW….Great Album.
