I'm glad to hear about your niece - keep us posted on your friend - my prayers still continue for them both. You're right about all of us being family - having you all with me over the past months has been a blessing.

The news about my friend is not really good. She is still in ICU. Still having trouble breathing and lots of pain in her hips. She had been having the pain for quite some time, before finding out about the cancer and thought it was arthritis. Please keep her and her family in your prayers.

Your prayers are aprreciated very much. They finally were able to do a scan and found several other areas which have cancer in them. She is still in ICU.

Carol went to be with the Lord about 10:45 a.m. this morning. She is now at peace and free of pain. Please pray for her husband and family.

Patsy,
This is so sad. Please convey my condolences to Carol's family. From what you've told us so far, it sounds so similar to what Ro went through. I just said a little prayer to Ro to be waiting for Carol. If you think it's appropriate, Patsy, I'd love to send a donation to the American Cancer Society in Carol's name. I know it meant a lot to me that people remembered Rose in that way. If it's ok, you can PM me their name and address as the American Cancer Society sends them a very nice notification.
