Rose's viewing will take place on Saturday, April 10, 2010, from 9AM to 11AM with internment immediately following the viewing at the Calvary Cemetery, 2398 Rt. 70 West, Cherry Hill, NJ.  The viewing will be held at:
 
Bradley Funeral Home
601 Route 73 South @ Evesham Rd.
Marlton, NJ 08053

When I ordered flowers today, I had them make a special arrangement for Ro that was a heart with white lace and red roses with the inscription, "My Only Love", which is what she was to me and also her favorite song of Jimmy's.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the American Cancer Society in Rose's name.

Thank you for sharing these datails with us, Eddie.  I know how close you and Rose were and how special she was to you.  We are all holding you close in thought and prayer.

Eddie, John and I are sorry to hear of Rose's passing.  She was a sweet lady.  We sent flowers to you at home this morning from the FT's.   Bob called and told us.  Our computer has been down all weekend until this afternoon. Love and prayers to you.

    Dear Eddie. I read this with tears streaming  down my cheeks.  Just now I got on and saw this sad news.  Bruce and I were thinking about Rose and wondering how she was doing.   We will miss her So glad I had the opportunity to see her in McClure. She was such a sweet lady and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.  As a husband you did the best you could do. The Lord is making another flower bouquet. He picked the prettiest flower to put in it.   God Bless you.

I haven't been around on here long enough to know Rose's history, but I've certainly read all the news of her latest battle with illness and kept her and Eddie in prayer.  So sorry to hear this sad news.

We just got back from a trip today Eddie and just read the post. We are so sorry to hear that Rose has left us.She was such a dear lady! We always wanted to give her a big hug every time we talked with her. You both are such dear people.! Love and God bless!

I just back into town, sat down to get on the board to see if there was any new updates on Rose (as I do everyday) and was shocked to read of her passing.  Eddie, I am so sorry for your loss. Rose was such a warm and friendly person and one couldn't help but be her friend immediately. Always a smile. Please know that my prayer and thoughts are with you at this difficult time.  As you can see from this post you have so many dear friends here and may you feel the strength and the love from us to get through these next days and weeks.

I'm sorry I haven't been on here sooner. We've been traveling. I think this is such a shock to all of us. We all loved to see Rose with her smile on her face. Eddie, I cried when I read what you inscribed on the card. You will be in our prayers.

Our Dear Eddie,
We hadn't been on the board in the last couple days and were so terribly saddened to learn of Rose's passing.  I wish there was something more we could say to help ease your grief and the void in your life that you have now.  Rose was a wonderful lady and we always enjoyed talking to her, and, of course, to you.  Rose's smile was contagious and she was warm and upbeat and enjoying the life the two of you shared.  Throughout her recent illness, we have often wondered how you had the strength and presence of mind to share all of what was going on with us.  That had to be incredibly difficult for you to do, but we surely thank you for allowing us to be a part of your lives and the formidable situation you were facing. 

You have been a loving, true, and devoted husband and we know Rose enjoyed a life's blessing in being your wife.  It was very obvious how close you two were and how much love you shared between you.  We know those feelings and memories will be important for you to hold onto during the difficult days coming up and in the months ahead.  May you know that all of us are deeply saddened and shocked that Rose had so little time left and that God called her so quickly.  He helped to spare her, and you, anymore pain and worry by welcoming her into His arms sooner than we thought He might.

If there is anything we can do for you, please don't hesitate to let us know.  We're all "family" here, and we've been on this journey down a dark and trying road together.  We pray for God to bring you the comfort, strength, courage, and peace that you need, Eddie.  We have lost a special friend.  On Easter Sunday, God looked down and chose a very special and beautiful Rose to come and brighten the day on the other side.


May God be with you, Eddie.  We are sharing your tears, and we're here for you in any way you need us.
