I just noticed that "Statlerfan1" has joined us. I just wanted to welcome you and hope you'll join us on the board. If you're a fan of the Statlers or Jimmy, we want you here. There's a lot going on now with the upcoming festival already scheduled so mark your calendar. Check the board for the dates. Also check the shop for Jimmy's CDs and DVD.

Sarah I agree with you. I used to look over Ed's shoulder and just read the posts but it wasn't as much fun. So I joined the board and I'm getting more comfortable posting because I've already met some of the Fortunetellers.

"Each" of us were "new" here at some time and some have never even met, but it's a great way to develop new friendships.
We're all supporters of Jimmy and his music and that is what the board is all about.

you are joining a group that is filled with love and personality. i believe this group has high standards and must always strive to conduct ourselves in an appropriate way that jimmy would approve of. remember this board was created for us and him. we must keep this in mind when we post! glad to have you aboard! john

I notice that more and more fans are signing on to the board. First of all, we're glad to have you and the Fortunetellers welcome you. I know I speak for all the Fortunetellers in saying we want you to jump in and let us know you're here. Just create a new thread and just say "Hi, my name is Bill, Donna, Tom or Mary and I'm a Jimmy Fortune fan." After that we'll take over and you'll become part of our growing family. This is a good time of year to get to know us. The festival is coming up in September and it's a chance for the FTs to get together in Staunton. Check the tour schedule to see where Jimmy's performing. Long story short, we'd love to have you.
