Flower Fund

Please consider sending a donation to John and Dena for the FT flower fund. They have already (yesterday) sent arrangements to Dania Balsley and family and Phil and Wilma.

Sarah, thanks for posting this. We actually would like to see if someone else would want to take over the flower fund since we have done it all these years. So before you send any money to us let's see if we can find a volunteer....?

Update... Our previous balance was $350.00. Since then we have sent flowers to Bob. Mary Ann, Dania and Phil and Wilma. The new balance is $28.00. Dena and I want to thank all of you for keeping this fund going. We also want to thank you for putting your trust in us for the past 8 years. Sarah has volunteered to take over the flower fund, so if you wish to make a donation please contact Sarah. We will still continue to send out the get-well and sympathy cards and use the remaining $28 for future cards. Thank you!

I'm sure we all want to thank John and Dena for all the time, dedication, and energy they have spent for so long to make the Fortune Tellers a caring, thoughtful group. Most of us know just how special receiving a card or floral arrangement feels, especially when our lives are proving difficult.
We would like to continue that tradition as long as we follow Jimmy--which means always! We are set apart from many other fan groups because we CARE and we SHOW it, through our concern, our prayers, our mutual support and caring, and, when needed, floral tributes. Please consider sending a donation of whatever amount you can so that we may continue this very special ministry of love.
If you need my address, you can check my info on Facebook if we are friends there. If not, send me an IM here and I will get back to you as soon as I can. And if you hear of FTs who need us, do let me and all of us know. Prayers from this group have done miraculous things.

Thanks to Dena and John and thank you, Sarah for being our new "flower person". It does mean alot to those who are sick, injured or grieving.
