Jimmy in Pennsylvania - AMAZING

<< < (2/4) > >>

Eddie:
Not sure if I saw you at the Hampton Saturday morning at breakfast - were you with "Skip"?

Happinessangel:
Michelle,  I believe I saw you Friday morning when you were introduced to Jimmy in the lobby. Jimmy was talking to my parents and I when you came in.

Riley:
Welcome Michelle! Maggie and I also stayed at the Hampton. I saw Skip, standing in line to chat with Jimmy. We were on our way out and stopped to say hello to Skip. I'm sorry that Maggie and I didn't get a chance to meet you. You reflect everything we felt the first time we saw Jimmy. We still just love him to pieces!! That goes for Nina too!

It was an awesome show. I won't mention what the lady who has been married for 72 years said to Jimmy when he asked her the secret to their longevity in marriage. It sure brought the house down and Jimmy was nearly on the floor in laughter! ;D Glad you enjoyed the show! Come back often!!

Hi Riley!  I was so so spoiled..in the fourth row for my first Jimmy Fortune concert!  We did indeed hear what the lady stated about the secret to the longevity of her marriage.  Jimmy just about fainted! LOL!  That was a real hoot!

"Closer to you" is my absolute favorite...and so many of his songs hold a special place in my heart.  He can truly tell a beautiful story.

I know it was crowded waiting for Jimmy after the show, but I did get a chance to meet some of the gang.  We will make certain to chat the next time...  Jimmy was so gracious, and took time with each of his fans.

On our way home, we had his CDs loaded in the car.  His voice brings me to tears, and I was a big emotional mush on the way home (which is a GOOD thing!).  To see Jimmy perform the songs that I listen to day after day...makes it so special, bringing new meaning to every song.  Sigh.  I cannot wait for the next show!!!

Hope to see you all soon!

Still in a Jimmy-daze........what a great weekend.

Yes, it's amazing how Jimmy can bring me to tears with the same words every time.  So many good songs...  What a talent, and when in person he's soooooo good.

Hoping to talk hubby into the cruise.  Could drive to NO rather than fly, which we do not want to do.
