Nina Fortune:

Our next cruise is set for January 26, 2013 through February 2, 2013 leaving from New Orleans on the Royal Caribbean ship Navigator of the Seas. The Western Caribean ports will be Grand Cayman, Cozumel Mexico, and a new port, Falmouth Jamaica.

Deb Dodd will be organizing our cruise again. Here is a welcome from Deb;

It comes with great pleasure and excitement that I have been invited back as Manager/Travel Agent for the Jimmy Fortune Cruise group!

I so look forward to cruising with all of you...and in sharing our unique experience with Jimmy Fortune at sea!
He offers such amazing performances with a "down home" feel and personality that is warm and welcoming to everybody that has the opportunity to cruise in his private group...we are the lucky ones! ;)

We have a limited amount of cabins and the sooner the deposit the better chance of choice locations and cabin types! You can also view the cruise info at my web page   http://www.danceacrosstheseas.com/Jimmy_Fortune_Cruise.html

For our "Grand Suite" groupies...Royal Caribbean offers a lot of perks including a Concierge "Lounge" with complimentary thingytails and appetizers! ;) I have a detailed list from Royal Caribbean of what the Grand Suite perks and amenities are...please contact me for more info!

For "Roomies" looking for a cabin share...there are already some names on the list...contact me if you also want to get your name on it or if you want to know who is looking to share...there is a brief questionnaire that you will need to complete to help with matching people up for the best experience.

We have chosen Royal Caribbean and the Navigator Of The Seas ship...this will be top notch cruising and at very reasonable rates! Our departure from New Orleans will include a pre-cruise hotel (tba) and what an amazing place to depart from...let the New Orleans Jazz vibes begin! Our ship includes exciting extras like a Rock Climbing Wall, an Ice Skating Rink with Ice Dance Shows, and an Outdoor Movie Theater as well as an old style Malt Shop-Johnny Rockets and more!

Our itinerary offers a "new and unique" port for Royal Caribbean- Falmouth Jamaica- which sits in the middle between Ocho Rios and Montego Bay Jamaica and yes there will be optional excursions to both of these areas as well! ;)
We will also be stopping at Cozumel Mexico...great Beaches, Shopping, and don't forget to stop at Poncho's Backyard for authentic Mexican food and the best Margarita's in Mexico!
One more stop at one of the most beautiful Islands...Grand Cayman...a snorkel and diving paradise and some of the best shopping in the Caribbean! This itinerary offers something for everybody...!

Dena and John:
We are planning to go on this cruise also.  We don't know for sure who is coming with us but Brian wants to and Theresa does, too.  We have never been to Jamaica and are looking forward to seeing it.  I remember that Jamaica was mentioned at our last cruise.  Hey Linzy,  I know you wanted to go there!

Nina Fortune:
To avoid Super Bowl hotel rates and airline rates. We have decided to change this to January 26th through February 2nd. I never thought about it being the same weekend plus the same town!!

Ladybug:
Just a little FYI for everyone that is going on the cruise.  If you decide to go to Burbon Street, please go in a group.  It's really a fun to see, I just want you to be careful.  Down some of the Allys there are some places for outdoor music and food.  Just be careful.  There will be many many drunks.

If you get in early enough, get the trolly and see the Garden District.  A lot of the homes have been redone since Katrina and they are beautiful.

Dena and John:
Ready to go!!!
