Hi Gladys,  looking forward to seeing you again at Jimmy's concert. Enjoy yourself at dinner with everyone; unfortunately we won't be able to go to supper.

I responded by IM to a couple of folks about Maggie and I signing up for the dinner. I'm presently battling a case of bacterial infection in a lung. I went to my Doc a yesterday and I'm on antibiotics for a few days. I told her about our plans about going to the concert . She had a "we will see" attitude. I 'm on rest and, of course ,the meds right now.I've drank enough water to float a cruise ship! ;) She wants me to be quiet and most of you know what a challenge that is!  ;DI'm feeling a lot better and ,hopefully will be in shape to travel.
Hoping to see you all!!

Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well Riley. It would be wonderful to see you and Maggie again at Jimmy's concert and also at the Hampton Inn, but it is more important that you get to feeling better; those infections are nothing too fool around with. Hope you continue to feel better.

Things are looking up for us. My cough is down to a moose roar and it's getting better every day. I have to be in shape to celebrate a milestone tomorrow. Our two year contract for the cell phone is up. I don't know I I should renew or just use a pay phone when we travel ;D We have a 450 minute a month plan and we very seldom go over 30 minutes. We don't text because we were getting a lot of foul mouthed texts. I told my creditors not to be texting
me on my cell phone. I warned them not to keep it up or I would throw all of their bills in a hat and pull out one a month. If they still give me a hard time I'll take their name out of the hat! ;)

Hoping to see you FRiday! We are supposed to get a foot of snow tonight, and tomorrow. Hope it will melt by the end of the week! God bless all!

Riley, We are leaving for Jimmy's New York concert early Tuesday morning. Reading what you said about the snow is not
a good thing to read.  :(

Heather,

Are you doing both concerts - NY and PA?

Riley -

Glad to hear you're feeling better.  Looking forward to seeing you and Maggie on Friday - you might want to get out the sled dogs - MUSH  MUSH YOU DOGGIES !  As for the creditors - do what I do - tell them to get in line!

See ya all Friday !

HaHa, Riley. I just read your post about the cell phone. You can get a lot of prepaid ones now with unlimited texting, that could help you a little.
Glad you are feeling a little better and hope to see you all this week!

Eddie, we are. Got the tickets for New York, and then the Pennsylvania one was posted. We were going to be going to Lancaster County after the New York show, and decided to go to the one in Pennsylvania as well.

Heather,

We'll see you and Mom/Dad on Friday.  I'll be blowing through Lancaster County on Route 30 on my way to Hanover.

Thank you Nina! Good advice. I've been looking at Tracfones. I had one a few years ago and I never had any problem with them. Looking forward to seeing you, and Jimmy, in Pa.  God bless!

Hope everyone got home safe or continued elsewhere to visit relatives.  It was great to get together with FTs and Jimmy and Nina.  I think we had a total of 24 (16 FTs and 8 friends of FTs) for the show and 18 for dinner.  We met for dinner at the Railside restaurant which was across from the Eichelberger Performing Arts Center.  The food was great and the portions enormous - and the prices very reasonable.  The venue was very nice - and the crowd was enthusiastic.  I'll leave the song selection up to somebody else.  Syndi and Justin were great and each sang a song by themselves. Jimmy does make a Fortuneteller proud !!!  He was superb - he continues to put the wow factor in his songs.
