Well, gracious me. I've just finished reading 35 pages in this thread and find it really hard to believe that I'm the ONLY Georgia gal here. I'm a native Atlantan which, if I've got this figured out, would make me a native Georgian also. 
We are the home of peanuts, peaches, mountains, seashore and Gone With The Wind. We are the biggest state east of the Mississippi and the powers that be are trying their best to pave over every square inch of it.
We do have the Atlanta Braves
and we may have a decent football team one of these years since we now have a new owner. We won't even get into a discussion of basketball and hockey - oh the shame of it all. 
I spent a week in Australia three years ago. Would that count for international???
Even though I was born in Atlanta, I'm a mountain girl at heart and can't wait to get back up to the Shenandoah Valley for the music festival. Looking forward to meeting a bunch of you and seeing Jimmy in person again. Last time was at a Statlers concert here in GA many years ago.
