Carolyn, I keep reading the various posts and just wanted to tell you I'm praying for you. I was 17 when my mom passed and it is was very hard. As others have said some days are better than others but the hurt and pain will eventually cease. I'll keep you in my prayers.

Holly is now at home after receiving intensive physical therapy. There was little improvement, she remains paralyzed on her left side. They have given her just a few months. Please continue to pray for her, that she will be at peace, will not suffer and that the Lord do his will. I now know that her girls are 2 and 4. Her website (she is having a benefit in her community) is HOLLYSHELPINGHANDS.org I have not visited it yet so I don't know what the content is. Thank you all for your prayers.

Holly is up and undergoing intense physical therapy. She still cannot use her left side but we are grateful the nerve damage wasn't worse. The last we heard, she was on the computer researching the type of cancer she has. Thank you all for your prayers.

Last night we found out that Holly had woken up. She is able to talk and recognize her family. She cannot move/use her left side at all. They have implanted 4 plastic disks on top of the tumor to deliver chemo directly. She will eventually need extensive therapy. Thanks for your prayers.

A friend at work had brain surgery in 2002 for a malignant brain tumor. 80% of the tumor was removed and her physician told her that even after chemo she only had 6 - 8 years left. A couple of weeks ago she began to feel numbness on one side. A scan showed that the tumor had increased in size, a lot. On Friday she had brain surgery and they discovered she has stage four brain cancer. As of 11:00pm last night, she had not woken up and had only moved her right hand a little. They know that she now has brain and nerve damage but they do not know how extensive it is. Her family could desperately use your prayers, she has two small children and they have no idea she's this sick. Thanks, Jenny
